Belinda is passionate about empowering families in a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space

Belinda is a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) and Clinical Psychology Registrar who recently completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle. She has experience supporting children, adolescents and parents across community and mental health settings as well as treatment experience working with adults. Belinda also remains actively involved in mental health research, focusing on the influence of physical health on mental health.

Belinda is passionate about supporting families and is committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered to prioritise their own healing and growth, recognise their strengths, and work through life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

Belinda’s therapeutic approach is guided by a compassionate, trauma-informed lens, with interventions tailored to each client’s unique goals and values, while grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Outside of her clinical work, Belinda loves spending time with her husband, children and fur babies. Belinda enjoys maintaining a fun and active lifestyle by spending time at the gym, biking and taking long walks.
