Sheree supports families and individuals to build a life of balance, connection, and harmony, grounded in compassion and free from judgement
Sheree is passionate about creating spaces where children can develop essential life skills, such as emotional regulation and how to navigate their relationships with others, Sheree uses fun, play-based activities with her younger clients, and provides a safe space for adolescent and young adult clients to explore their emerging identities. Sheree works with parents to feel heard, valued, and supported throughout the often challenging and uncertain journey of parenthood.
Sheree utilises a collaborative and strengths-based approach, allowing her to provide person-centred and tailored care that takes a holistic approach to treatment. Sheree views her clients as the experts in their own lives, with her role to support their insight, clarity, and personal growth through her psychological knowledge and care. Sheree has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, learning differences, and trauma-related challenges and values working with a diverse range of clients across all backgrounds .
Outside of work, Sheree is continually learning through her own family life. Sheree and her husband have two children—one neurodivergent and one neurotypical—who teach them something new every day. Sheree particularly enjoys family movie nights, quiet time with a good book and meaningful connection with friends.
